TimeO Staff App collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use. This is strictly used to enable 'Office Geofencing' and 'Automatic Attendance Marking' to verify staff presence at work sites.
Data Security: All location and personal data are encrypted using SSL and stored on secure Firebase servers. We never sell data to third parties.
Refund & Cancellation
We provide a 90-day comprehensive free trial to all new business users. This allows you to experience the full value of TimeO Payroll without any commitment.
- After the trial, payments for digital licenses are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled by simply not renewing the next billing cycle.
Terms of Service
By using our platform, you agree that:
- The service will be used for lawful employee management only.
- Staff members have been informed about the attendance tracking features.
- Unauthorized access to other business dashboards is strictly prohibited.
